As an ISO certified facility, all parts manufactured by CNC Manutech are subject to a comprehensive quality control system.  Our equipment and tools go through regular inspection, both internally and externally, to ensure we meet or exceed industry standards.

As a part of our commitment to quality, we complete in process inspections during every production run. It is monitored through each operation to ensure the end product meets your specifications and our quality level.  This includes a full inspection on the first product, as well as, sampling during the production run.

Our employees on the shop floor also have the authority to stop any production if it is not conforming to our standard – we believe this is a key part in our success in the industry.

As a solution driven organization we work closely with our customers to look for ways to reduce their cost. This means spending time reviewing our client's drawings to see where we can possibly save costs and production time.

As a part of this process, we take into account any environmental issues; such as, where the product is going to be used, and will it be exposed to harsh weather conditions. We also look at adjusting the material or the finish and take into account the required tolerance levels – without losing sight of the fact that the finished product needs to meet all of your quality standards, as well as ours.

As a part of our expertise and experience, we also recognize the importance of delivering your product on budget and on time, our fill rate is 99.8% and delivered on time - when you need it. It's just the way we do business.
